Black Bean Mushrooms with Rice Noodles
½ cup vegetable oil
1 lb. rice noodles
Vegetable Bowl
½ lb. mushrooms
2 carrots
1 onion
10 cloves garlic
Seasonings Bowl
1/3 cup spicy chili-bean paste
2 Tbsp. fermented black beans
¼ cup soy sauce
Process Vegetable Bowl; saute in oil; salt to taste; add Seasonings Bowl; simmer until liquid gone; salt to taste; serve over noodles.
