Bok Choy Pork with Rice Noodles
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground pork
2 onions, chopped fine
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. rice noodles, cooked
Seasonings Bowl
2 Tbsp. spicy chili-bean paste
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
¼ cup water
Vegetable Bowl
3 baby bok choy, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and saute until almost cooked through. Add the onions and add garlic and saute until the onions are cooked. Stir in the Seasonings Bowl and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Vegetable Bowl until the vegetables are just cooked (about 3 minutes). Serve over rice noodles.
