Egyptian Crab Claws

1 lb. crab claws

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick)

Sauté the garlic in the butter in a skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.  Add the crab claws and sauté until well heated (about 2 more minutes).

 

Our comments:  We're not talking the Nile here.  If you can't drive there, it's just not us.  We mean the Egyptian Lounge on Mockingbird.  They serve a pile of crab claws as an appetizer that we think is hard to beat.  This is our knock off, and it's pretty darn good.
