Just Plain Crab
1 lb. lump crabmeat
4 tsp. cider vinegar
8 Tbsp. butter, melted
Arrange the crab in 4 ramekins. Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat. Stir the vinegar into the butter. Pour and equal amount of the butter mixture over ear of the ramekins. Bake at 400 degrees until the crab begins to brown (about 12 minutes).
Our comments: Don't try this recipe unless you like crab. For those who love their crab, the fewer distractions the better, this is for you.
