Manhattan Tea

6 tea bags, decaffeinated

1 cup fresh mint

1 gallon boiling water

12 oz. can frozen lemonade

12 oz. can frozen apple juice

Place the mint and tea bags in a pot or large container with one gallon capacity.  Boil the water and poor over the tea and mint.  Let steep at room temperature until cool.  Stir in the frozen lemonade and apple juice.  Refrigerate.

Our comments:  Nancy Mulford gets the credit for this recipe.  In her words: "This tea is unusually good!"  We agree (and would point out that Nancy is prone to understatement).  When you want something cool and refreshing, this hits the spot!
