Mustard Vinaigrette

1/2 cup corn oil

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 small clove garlic, minced

1 tsp. brown sugar

1/2 Tbsp. salt

1/2 Tbsp. pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a plastic storage container (with a tight top) and shake until thoroughly blended.  Add additional salt and pepper to taste.

 

Our comments:  This is like the house dressing at your favorite "women's club".
