Peanut oil

Salt & pepper

Broccoli Bowl

2 cloves garlic, chopped

5 stalks baby broccoli

Egg Bowl

2 eggs, beaten

Chicken Bowl

6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless and chopped

¼ cup oyster sauce

Seasonings Bowl

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

1 Tbsp. sugar

Noodle Bowl

1 lb. rice noodles, 

Cold water to cover

An hour before you plan to cook set up the Noodle Bowl.   Place the noodles in a bowl and cover with cold water.  Set up the Broccoli Bowl, Egg Bowl, Chicken Bowl and Seasonings Bowl.  10 minutes before you plan to cook, boil the noodles as package directions.  Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a wok over high heat.  When hot, pour in the Broccoli Bowl, stir-fry until the broccoli is bright green, then remove from heat and set aside.  In the same way, stir-fry the chicken and set aside.  Finally, add more oil and stir-fry the egg until it is hard, then add the noodles, the broccoli, the chicken and the sauce and stir until everything is sizzling and steaming and heated through.  Season to taste.
