Roasted Veggies

Asparagus (15 min)

Broccoli (25 min)

Brussel sprouts (35 min)

Cauliflower (25 min)

Okra (15 min)

Kale (7 min)

Olive oil, drizzle over all

Salt & pepper

Preheat to 400.  Fill a baking dish with one layer of the veggie of your choice.  Drizzle a liberal amount of olive over all.  Salt and pepper.   Toss with your hands to get everything coated evenly with oil.  Bake for the times set forth above, shaking occasionally to assure everything cooks evenly.

Our comments: Craft (remember Craft at the Dallas W Hotel?) had the BEST veggies!  We ordered roasted brussel sprouts and couldn’t believe how good they were. Allyson asked how they did it and the waitress shared the technique.  Now everyone serves them ... including us.
