Sausage & Egg Casserole

1 lb. Owens Hot Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained

7 eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups milk

6 slices white bread, cubed

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. dry mustard

Crumble the sausage into a large skillet over medium heat.  When it is done, drain off the grease and pour the cooked sausage into a large bowl.  Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until everything is well combined.  Pour the egg and sausage mixture into a 9x13 casserole and refrigerate for 12 hours.  Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
