1 tsp. Drambuie
By the Batch
1 1/2 cups tequila (be generous here, we rounded down slightly to simplify the math)
9 oz. lime juice
9 oz. Citrus Syrup
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Drambuie
Citrus Syrup
4 lemons, peel only
2 oranges, peel only
2 limes, peel only
4 cups sugar
2 cups water
Citrus Syrup. All you want is the peel here. Peel the fruit using a sharp vegetable peeler. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. Add the peels. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and gently simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to sit for several hours. Pour into a glass bottle, pressing down on the peel to release the syrup. Add about half the citrus peel to the bottle. Keep refrigerated.
Sweet Rita. Combine the ingredients and stir.
