1 red bell pepper, sliced in thin strips about 1" long

5 Tbsp. chicken stock
Cornstarch Bowl
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, blended with 3 Tbsp. water

Heat 4 Tbsp. oil in a wok over high heat. When very hot, add the Meat Bowl. Stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes, then remove the meat with a slotted spoon. Pour the remaining oil into the wok. Pour in the Vegetable Bowl and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Pour in the Sauce Bowl and return the meat to the wok. Stir-fry and turn for 30 seconds. Stir the cornstarch bowl to get all the cornstarch suspended in the water, then pour both the Cornstarch Bowl and the Seasonings Bowl into the wok. Turn and stir for another 30 seconds.
