Walnut Roquefort Dressing

1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup walnut oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

Toasted chopped walnuts

Start by toasting the walnuts.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Place the nuts on a baking sheet in the oven and roast until golden (about 5 minutes).  Watch carefully to make sure the nuts don't burn!  Combine all of the ingredients in a plastic storage container (with a tight top) and shake until thoroughly blended.  

Our comments:  This is Allyson's favorite Roquefort dressing.
