Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pour the cream in a bowl and whip with an electric hand mixer until it thickens and peaks form. Use a spoon to fold in the sugar and vanilla. The sugar and vanilla provide the flavor, so add or delete to suit your taste.
Our comments: Whipped cream sounds easy, but it never tastes right unless you know how to flavor it. This is the filling for the Chocolate Roll. It is fun to make and is always appreciated. You boozers can try substituting rum for the vanilla.
