Zoes Slaw

1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced

6 oz feta cheese, crumbled

6 green onions, chopped

 

Dressing Bowl

¼ cup red wine vinegar

½ cup olive oil

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt 

½ tsp pepper

Combine the Dressing Bowl ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed.  Combine the shredded cabbage, green onions and feta cheese in a large salad bowl. Pour the Dressing Bowl over the salad (to taste) and toss.  Refrigerate up to 4 hours until ready to serve.

Our comments: Easy on that feta!
